These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchases you make from us.

  • Product scope: These Terms apply to all items sold on our website: sauna, home, and outdoor equipment.

You agree to use this website fairly and legally.

  • Prohibited actions: You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or inject malicious code into our website.

  • Fraud prevention: You must not use our website or checkout system for fraudulent activities.

3. Products, Orders, and Acceptance

We sell high-quality equipment. Minor aesthetic variations (such as natural wood grain or metal finishes) may occur and are not considered defects.

  • Order acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We officially accept your order only when we ship the product and send a shipping confirmation.

  • Order cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., due to stock shortages or pricing errors). If we cancel an order after you are charged, we will issue a full refund immediately.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).

  • Secure checkout: Payments are processed securely via encrypted credit card processing (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and digital wallets. We never see, access, or store your credit card number or full payment details.

5. US Shipping Terms

  • We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship anywhere outside this area.

  • If you choose to use a package forwarding service, delivery is considered complete once the order has been delivered to the contiguous US address provided at checkout. You are responsible for arranging and paying for any onward transportation beyond that address.

  • All products ship from Finland. We handle and cover all applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance, handling fees, and international shipping costs. There are no surprise fees added at checkout or charged upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • All returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to our separate Shipping & Returns Policy, which is fully integrated into these Terms.

7. Safety, Installation, and Product Responsibility

Our sauna, home, and outdoor equipment includes heavy items, high-voltage electrical components, and wood-burning units.

  • Professional installation required: You agree that all electric sauna heaters must be installed by a professional electrician. All wood-burning equipment must be installed in strict accordance with local fire safety codes and building regulations.

  • Electrical compatibility: All our electric products are manufactured in Finland to Finnish standards and are not Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listed. However, they are specifically selected for the US residential market because their internal circuitry supports a 230–240 V 1N~ / 2~ wiring configuration, making them compatible with US 240 V split-phase power.

  • Electrician requirements: You acknowledge that configuring a Finnish sauna heater for a US 240 V residential supply requires a professional electrician to follow the manufacturer’s wiring diagram, including any required factory-supplied terminal jumpers, and determine the appropriate US AWG wire size from the manufacturer’s metric conductor specifications. You are responsible for ensuring your electrician reviews the manual’s wiring diagrams prior to installation and confirms that non-UL-listed equipment complies with all applicable local electrical codes and the requirements of the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). 

  • Permits and codes: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary local building permits, safety approvals, or HOA permissions required to install and operate our equipment.

  • Liability waiver: We are not liable for any property damage, personal injury, or fatal accidents resulting from improper installation, incorrect use, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications to our products.

  • Health & safe operation: Sauna heaters generate extreme heat. You are responsible for using the products safely and in accordance with the health and safety guidelines provided in the product manuals. If you have underlying health conditions, please consult your own doctor regarding safe sauna usage temperatures and durations.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on this website, including text, product descriptions, original images, graphics, logos, and branding, belongs to us.

  • Restriction: You may not copy, download, or use our content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
