Harvia Forte 6 kW Electric Sauna Heaters with Digital Control

Harvia Forte 6 kW Electric Sauna Heaters with Digital Control

Being the electric equivalent of a heat-storing sauna heater, the innovative Harvia Forte is always on in standby mode, maintaining such warmth in the sauna room that it only takes 5–15 minutes to reach a temperature of 120–140 F (50–60 C).

As Harvia Forte’s stone capacity is 220 lbs, the stones do the work for you, which means you don’t need a higher temperature range than that to enjoy plenty of löyly (steam), but if you wish, you can use the HI-mode to reach higher temperatures.

Energy-efficient Forte only consumes 4–6 kWh of energy daily in its standby state.

The heater is available in steel or black and comes with a digital controller that has a splash-proof touch screen. It can be installed inside or outside the sauna room.

Requiring virtually no front, side and rear clearances, this floor model can also be embedded into the sauna benches.

Harvia Forte makes most sense when your sauna is used often: you either want to sauna frequently and/or your family members have varying schedules, meaning everyone wants to sauna at different times.

Forte is ideal for families, as its design specifically addresses safety: the heater is so insulated that its outer casing won’t burn your skin even if you accidentally touched it. The control panel has a lock screen and the heater will shut off automatically if you forget to close the lid after saunaing.

Using the ECO-mode drops the standby temperature, saving electricity, but won’t turn the heater off, which means you still get much faster heating than you would with a regular heater.

(Note that the recommended sauna stone size for Harvia Forte is Ø 4–6 in (10–15 cm) instead of the smaller size (2–4 in) that’s typically used in electric sauna heaters.)
