Love going to a dry sauna with your clothes on?

Well, you SHOULDN’T.

It’s time to set the record straight. The days of FALSE sauna information are over!

Why There’s So Much False Sauna Content Online

No real experience

🔶 Many people writing about saunas have NEVER BEEN to a sauna, let alone bought or built one. It’s ridiculous that folks like these try to work as sauna advocates.

Saunas are Finnish, online content is in English

🔶 Saunas come from Finland, and the entire word sauna is a direct loan from Finnish. This means the best sauna understanding, information, and research also come from Finland. Much of that information never reaches English-speaking audiences.

Regurgitating wrong information

🔶 Since so many people don’t know anything about saunas and have no access to them in real life, they have to rely only on English online sources, which leads them to just regurgitating incorrect information.

Companies like to make money

🔶 Luckily there are many legitimate sauna manufacturers and sellers out there. Yet, there’s foul play, too. One common theme is using research done on traditional saunas to accelerate infrared sauna sales. These different sauna types shouldn’t be mixed.
